Hi, I’m Jesse 👋

I’m a data analyst with 20+ years of experience across real estate, education technology, and nonprofit leadership — and I’m excited to bring all of it into my next chapter in Data Analytics.

My background is broad by design. I started with a deep passion for biochemistry and research, moved into instructional technology leadership, spent two decades in real estate and finance, and most recently founded a therapeutic equine sanctuary. Every role sharpened a different analytical muscle — whether that was writing SQL queries to build custom data exports, building Excel valuation tools used across 100+ client transactions, or translating complex market data into clear visual recommendations.

For more than a decade I built every listing presentation around the Cromford Report — the most sophisticated residential market analytics tool in Arizona. It was extremely rare to lose a listing because of it. That approach translated directly into results — consistently ranked in the top 1% of Arizona real estate agents statewide by gross commission for five consecutive years, and in the top 10% for over a decade.

I’m currently relocating to Minnesota and pursuing roles in PropTech and real estate analytics — where 20+ years of domain expertise meets a hands-on technical skill set in Python, SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
