The real estate industry is constantly evolving, and as a buyer, the first and very important decision to make, is what loan product/program is best suited for the your specific needs and goals. My first meeting with buyers is to explain the numerous loan types and programs available, and explain the differences of each program side by side. Before viewing homes, we then discuss in detail the purchase contract, contingencies, the appraisal process, inspection process, timelines, and very importantly, expectations. I have attended just about every single home inspection over 15 years in this business and I learn something new just about every single time. I often tell my clients at the very first home, that my job is to search for things that are “wrong” with the house so I can do the very best I can in protecting their investment.
As a homeowner in today’s real estate market, deciding to sell their home, you have dozens of options that did not exist years ago. My job as your agent is to explain and compare each of these different options, dissect the terms and conditions they are providing, and break it down to a format simple to comprehend. I will provide you with a market analysis of your home, and recommendations of what should be done to prepare your home for market (repairs, improvements, declutter, detailing, staging, etc.) Professional photos will always be standard when I list your home! Many homes have unique features that can be very subjective to quantify value (i.e. owned solar, horse facilities, quality of remodels, and even swimming pools). My job is to use every resource available to me to get you a “fair shake” for the sale price and appraised value of your home, and guide you through every step of the way.
